Us
We both grew up in Southern California and met while working for the same company. Since then, we moved to Ohio, had children, and bought a farm full of cats, dogs, horses, cows, ducks and chickens.
As a family we love to travel and find adventure. Learning about other cultures and how other’s live is very important to us.
We're both in the business world, but in very different ways. This is one of the things that allow us work so well together. Casey tends to be the idea man while Maura is the implementor. We enjoy working along side each other to help other businesses succeed.
In 2022, we founded Kennedy Morgan Group as a way to combine our passions for business, finance and real estate with our desire to partner with like minded investors, business owners and entrepreneurs.
As business owners ourselves we understand the struggle of trying to grow your business, while keeping up with the ever-changing tech environment and always needing to understand whether you made a profit or loss last month.

Casey
Casey spent 25 years in senior and executive management roles working to grow and scale many different companies. He has extensive experience with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Management, M&A & Finance.
He serves as Chief Executive Officer of KM Capital Group, and currently holds the following positions with KM Equity portfolio companies: COO at Steribite, LLC. and President at Aviril Bioscience, Inc. Casey also continues to work with select consulting clients helping them harness their potential and achieve their goals and serves on various non-profit boards in the community.
Mr. Zace holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Eastern Oregon University and an MBA from University of Redlands.
When Casey isn't investing or helping clients, he enjoys working with non-profits or serving on Boards for causes he supports. Otherwise, you can find him enjoying time with his family, trying to perfect a new recipe or picking the next place to visit and explore.

Maura
Maura is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Ohio. She has spent over 15 years working in both public and private accounting organizations. She has experience with all different types of industries, including specializing in e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing serving as a finance executive with several organizations. She is skilled in many different types of accounting systems, and has implemented multiple ERP systems. She works with many QuickBooks Online and Xero clients.
Mrs. Zace graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting.
